Facing southwest and perched 190 feet above the Pacific Ocean, this home will give you unobstructed, unforgettable views of the Oregon coastline, White Water Cove, the sea stacks and Bird Island,. You will have direct access to two private trails to a spectacular, secluded beach where you will explore the tide pools, Rainbow Rock, caves and the rock formations. This private gated community provides a peaceful, secure setting for your romantic or family vacation.

The living room has exotic solid acacia and parota wood furnishings. You will sink yourself into one of the reclining chairs to enjoy a 65" Samsung Smart TV with DVD/CD Player, Internet Speed 500+ Mbps & Complimentary WiFi. From the living room, dining room or on the patio deck you can see the ocean and watch for whales migrating in season. Use our binoculars and look for the sea and river otters in the surf. Check out the rock formations and islands all around you.

The skylights in the entry and hallway fill the condo with bright natural light creating a relaxing ambiance. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and all of our art and sculptures which compliment this property.

The bathrooms have been completely remodeled. Enjoy soaking in our new over sized Kohler Expanse soaking tub. The tub enclosure and shower enclosure have been tiled and widened to give you more room.

The master bedroom suite features the beautiful, authentic TANTRA CHAIR (r) created by “ZEN BY DESIGN” to help purify the body, expand body awareness and help realign your spine. THE TANTRA CHAIR (r) is designed not only for yoga stretching, meditation and relaxation but also for intimate experiences in the bedroom. The 82 inch long dining table made of solid acacia wood with a bench and two chairs provides an amazing unobstructed view of the coastline while you enjoy your meals, put together a puzzle, read a book from our library or enjoy a glass of wine.

This unit is kept immaculately clean. It is an end unit located on the third (top) floor directly above White Water Cove.

We are exercising an abundance of caution by implementing an enhanced disinfecting protocol with the ultra low volume fogger and the Clean Republic product used in the medical industry and a minimum 2 day buffering system (before your arrival and after your departure) in order to protect our guests, the housekeeping staff and our Rainbow Rock / Brookings community. Our Gas company just tripled their rates in 2023 so sadly we have to increase our pool heating fee to $95/day for those guests who request pool heating. Spa heating is still no charge and included in your total rate.

Our Detached Casita has unbeatable Privacy, stunning Mountain Views and Salt Water Pool which is used exclusively by Casita guests only. No other people will be using the pool and backyard grounds during your stay.

Casita offers spacious accommodations including high quality CAL KING Bed, Full Bathroom, sunny Dining Area, Sitting Area with 50" TV and a Kitchenette.

Easy floor plan opens the living space to the sparkling salt water Pebble Pool, 6-jet Spa, Pool Cabana, Sunset Lounge and great outdoor area making it easy to enjoy inside/outside California Desert living.

The outdoor living area completed with gas BBQ/Grill with extra gas burner, Covered Patio with comfortable furniture, Large built-in entertainment Bench with Dining Table, Salt Water Pebble Pool & Spa.

Our Sunset Lounge allows to watch breathtaking sunsets up close or have a peaceful morning meditation accompanied by the bird's singing.
Property is set up perfectly for enjoying the desert climate. It is a perfect escape for a couple.

Please, note that our outdoor Jacuzzi is Heated to 102F. Dessert climate allows our pool to be naturally sun heated in the range 78-88F between June and September depending on the month. In the winter our pool is NOT heated on the daily basis, but can be heated for additional $95/day.

Rates & Availability

Casita is located in upscale neighborhood, on a beautiful secluded street in Palm Desert, just a couple of miles from Marriott Hotel, Bristol Farms, Gelsons, El Paseo and major shopping centers with restaurants and shopping. Self check in after 5PM, please text Camilla your arrival time if at all possible Self check out by 10AM, please text Camilla your planned check out time if possible Absolutely no smoking inside the house, you will be charged a $100 smoke amelioration fee if you smoke in the house, including in the bathroom with the fan on. Please feel free to step outside the front or back to smoke, just clean up your butts. Dogs are allowed with specific permission of the owner, the dog must be crated if you leave them home alone (crate provided.) Please pick up any dog waste before you leave. (there is a $50 pet fee to be added to the reservation after booking)Only registered and pre-approved guests on the property No events Please respect the neighbors and keep quiet between 10PM and 8AM Please wash your dishes & leave the kitchen neat Please strip the beds you use If you break something let us know, ASAP, so we can replace it for the next guest We do have a pak & play for young kids, but we are not childproofed. $300 refundable damage deposit as a hold on your credit card For VRBO, whilst cancellation sooner than 60 days before the booking start date allows a full refund, credit card fees will only be refunded if the processor refunds them. AirBnB allows you to request an early check in time, I cannot accept reservations with early check in required. We are always happy to offer early check in, but the availability depends entirely on the check out time of the previous guest & ability to have the home clean & ready. Property is surrounded by a privacy wall with lush greens and is fully gated. The property has beautiful desert landscaping with Fruit Trees, organic Herb Garden, with outstanding Mountain Views. Our fabulous outdoor Pool Cabana has electric outlet so you can enjoy using your computer and other devices outdoors while soaking up the sun and enjoying beautiful mountain views. We have strong WIFI throughout the whole compound and the router is located inside your Casita. Because we respect your privacy there are no cameras inside or outside the Casita. We have security camera outside the garage area. We are sorry, but NO PETS allowed at his property. Maximum occupancy is 2 people. Your visitors and guests are welcome for a daytime stay. Check-in after 4 pm, check-out before 11 am.
