Hello! My name is Erica and I am a single mother of a wonderful 12 year old daughter, whose exuberance for life has ignited my own. I am a 2016 graduate of the prestigious University of Pennsylvania and I enjoy creating spaces that people can enjoy together. I would say there has always been something of an outlier in me, and I have stood out in most places I go. I have lived in bustling metropolis' as well as small remote rural towns. I love to explore and love even more to create. Using my past experiences as inspiration, I wanted to create a space that didn't follow traditional rules. Something bold and sophisticated, but that honored the beauty of Urban influence and Culture. A house that brought outside elements inside, but still made you feel the intimacy of being home with family and friends. It is a livable paradox. As it's refined and rigid, but also messy and free.
