Potomac Yard is a very safe and convenient neighborhood in Alexandria. It is about 2 stops away from DC and the metro station will open in the fall 2022. The Potomac Yard shopping center has a variety of restaurants, shopping and dining options.

Uber or Lyft rides are readily available.

The health, safety and well-being of our guests are the most important factor for us. Therefore, we use a detailed and extensive process of cleaning after each stay.
We ask that you observe our House Rules and take care of it just as you would do with your own home. If you are staying longer than 2 weeks, please agree to additional cleaning every 14 days. We take great pride in all our belongings with the hopes that you will appreciate your stay and come back for more memorable stays.
Note:
There is a video doorbell in the front, an outdoor camera at the back and Minut noise sensor in the living room to monitor the noise level.
1. Do not have more guests or visitors than stated in your reservation. More unregistered guests than stated on the reservation will incur a charge of $50/night per guest. Exceeding total occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund.
2. No pre-check in bag storage (only possible when available, upon request, and for a $35 fee).
3. Check-out time is 11am and check-in time is 5pm-midnight. We can't accommodate very late check-in because of potential disturbance to our neighbors.
4. No shoes inside the property (slippers will be provided).
5. No food or drink other than water allowed on the second floor and basement. Any damage to the carpet will result in a $250 fee.
6. No smoking of ANY KIND (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, hookahs or any substance) inside the property. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in $500 fee.
7. No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays.
